Ending Conflict

After the Rain theres always a Rainbow. Even when things seem at there worst, it will get better in time. If you're having trouble with being bullied, taking your life or cutting yourself is an exaggeration.

Sometimes it's in your control to end repetitive conflict. If possible deal with it as best as you can on your own: walk away, if you see the 'bully(s)' walk in the opposite direction. Ignore,  pretend that he/she isn't even there, don't display any sudden reaction of emotion, don't give them any other extra attention. Be defensive but don't pick a fight, you would just be sinking to the same level as them, two wrongs don't make a right.

You're not always able to fix the problems yourself. Help is sometimes needed. This can be from anyone you trust, parents, teachers, peers,a counsellor, sisters, brothers, and other family members are some of the possibilities. If serious don't postpone, everyone needs help, and talking to someone can't hurt.

Positiveness

Yesterday is the past, tomorrow is the future, today is the present.

What happened two years ago or last week is done, you can't fix that. Time machines don't exist so you have to look forward to tomorrow but live in the moment. Being positive is always the best solution. Nobody's perfect we all make mistakes.  Don't be hard on yourself about things that there is nothing you can do about. And definitely don't take your frustration, sadness and/or anger out on the people around you.

 Be positive, Forgive and Forget.

Equalism

The problem I'm addressing is Bullying.  I believe that all humans should be treated with the same respect as everyone else, no matter their race, size or clothes. The virtue’s Im trying to cover are Respect, Equalism, and Positiveness.  All humans have the right to be treated fairly,  regardless if they are homosexual or handicapped. Calling people names or ignoring people isn’t at all fair sometimes it may look like they aren't hurt at all, but treat people as you would like to be treated no matter their reaction. When you call someone ‘Retarded,' ‘Ugly’  or ‘Fat’ imagine how you would feel if someone called you that. Everyone has feelings, no matter what they look on the outside, on the inside we are all the same, and you or your neighbour or your best friend aren't any better than anyone else, so stop bullying.
