Ending Conflict

After the Rain theres always a Rainbow. Even when things seem at there worst, it will get better in time. If you're having trouble with being bullied, taking your life or cutting yourself is an exaggeration.

Sometimes it's in your control to end repetitive conflict. If possible deal with it as best as you can on your own: walk away, if you see the 'bully(s)' walk in the opposite direction. Ignore,  pretend that he/she isn't even there, don't display any sudden reaction of emotion, don't give them any other extra attention. Be defensive but don't pick a fight, you would just be sinking to the same level as them, two wrongs don't make a right.

You're not always able to fix the problems yourself. Help is sometimes needed. This can be from anyone you trust, parents, teachers, peers,a counsellor, sisters, brothers, and other family members are some of the possibilities. If serious don't postpone, everyone needs help, and talking to someone can't hurt.
